“Seek first the kingdom of God…”
Matthew 6:33
We believe that Jesus left the mission of bringing people into His kingdom in the hands of His followers. We are called to tell people about Him, helping to bring people who are far from God into right relationship with Him. A person becomes a part of God’s kingdom when they come to know Jesus as their King. This is best accomplished as Christians live intentionally for this purpose in the world, telling their stories to friends, family, and neighbors who do not know Jesus.
We build the kingdom for the good of a world in desperate need of Jesus and for the glory of the God we know and love. |
